Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and quickly identify their needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Present the features, options, and benefits of Volkswagen models; accompany customers during demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop commercial proposals, explain financing and protection options, and close sales with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Manage the entire sales cycle in collaboration with financing services, after-sales service, and vehicle reception.
• Achieve and surpass monthly targets and actively participate in loyalty initiatives and growth of the customer portfolio.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and internal policies; use CRM tools and digital supports to optimize the customer experience.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-oriented role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• Team spirit, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
