Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and quickly identify their needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Present the features, options, and benefits of Volkswagen models; accompany customers during demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop sales proposals, explain financing and protection options, and close sales with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish and collaborate with Financing, After-Sales Service, and Vehicle Admission departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly goals; participate in loyalty initiatives and grow the customer portfolio.
• Keep product and promotion knowledge up to date; use CRM tools and digital resources to optimize the customer experience.
• Perform vehicle deliveries and explanations; follow up on Web inquiries and leads; sell new and used vehicles.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or in a customer-oriented role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Team player, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in French; English is an asset.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
