Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Understand their needs and advise on the most suitable Toyota vehicles, including hybrids and electric models.
• Present features, technologies, and benefits of the vehicles.
• Assist the customer throughout the buying process: test drives, demonstrations, financing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with the financing department to propose tailored solutions.
• Ensure diligent follow-up to maintain a high satisfaction rate and foster customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about new products and current promotions.
• Participate in promotional activities, model launches, and dealership events.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interest in automotive technologies and hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and deliver quality customer experience.
• Team spirit, independence, and motivation.
• Knowledge of Merlin software (an asset); familiarity with computer tools and sales management systems.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• Compensation: up to $100,000 per year, with bonuses based on performance.
