Sales Advisor - Recreational Vehicles
Location: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and surrounding area

Key Responsibilities
- Establish a trusting relationship and identify the customer's needs
- Present and explain vehicles (new and used) and guide the customer through the purchase process
- Provide personalized and exceptional service, ensure follow-up and customer loyalty
- Follow up with prospects and manage inquiries via phone, email, and online
- Deliver vehicles and explain features and related services
- Participate in leasing renewals and sales management
Profile Sought
- Required experience: minimum of 1 year as a Sales Advisor
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to quickly identify needs and propose suitable solutions
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of BRP products (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Spyder) is an asset

- Analytical mind and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Autonomy while collaborating effectively with the team
Work Hours and Conditions
- Full-time, with 1 evening per week (Thursday or Friday) and 1 Saturday every 2 weeks
- Compensation: up to $110,000 per year (competitive package)
