Sales Representative - New and Used Vehicles (Saint-Rémi, QC)
About Ste-Marie Automobiles Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette is looking for a sales representative for new and used vehicles to join its team in Saint-Rémi. If you are passionate about sales and the automotive industry, you will work in an environment focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and assist customers in purchasing new and used GM vehicles, as well as GM certified vehicles.
- Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate quotes, financing options, and warranties, ensuring internal procedures are followed.
- Maintain and expand the client and prospect portfolio through follow-up and after-sales service to optimize the customer experience and repeat sales.
- Collaborate effectively with the financing and service departments to provide a seamless and comprehensive customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure the quality of the showroom image and displayed vehicle fleet.
- Actively participate in dealership promotions and commercial events and stay informed about GM program updates.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year of sales experience; automotive sales experience is an asset.
- Strong motivation, positive attitude, and exemplary customer focus.
- Ability to work as part of a team, initiative, and excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset, bilingualism will be valued.
- Good organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Availability to adapt to flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
