Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on the purchase of new, used, and GM certified vehicles.
• Identify needs, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate quotes, financing options, and warranties, in accordance with internal procedures.
• Develop and maintain the customer and prospect portfolio through follow-up and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with the financing and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and maintain a professional image of the showroom and display lot.
• Actively participate in promotions and commercial events and stay informed about GM programs.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Strong motivation, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit, initiative, and excellent communication skills in French (English is appreciated and bilingualism is valued).
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules (evenings and weekends as needed).
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency with CRM tools; experience with EasyDeal - Sales is an asset.
