Sales Representative - New and Used Vehicles
Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, Saint-Rémi (QC)
We are recruiting a dynamic sales representative to join our team dedicated to service excellence and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to offer an unparalleled customer experience and work with a comprehensive selection of new GM vehicles, certified GM vehicles, and used vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and assist customers in purchasing new, used, and certified GM vehicles.
- Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate quotes, financing options, and warranties, following internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain the customer and prospect portfolio (follow-up and after-sales service) to optimize the customer experience and recurring sales.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless experience.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and uphold the image of the showroom and displayed vehicles.
- Actively participate in promotions and commercial events and stay updated on GM programs.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in car sales is considered an asset.
- High motivation, positive attitude, and impeccable customer focus.
- Team spirit, initiative, and excellent command of French; knowledge of English is a plus (bilingual preferred).
- Good organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.

Daily Tasks
- Follow up with potential clients and make phone/email solicitations.
- Ensure customer follow-up and close sales of new vehicles, including electric vehicles.
- Manage the entire sales process in collaboration with internal teams.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales advisor.
- Automobile driver’s license.
- Dynamic profile, results-oriented and responsible.

- EasyDeal – Sales (or equivalent CRM)
