Sales Advisor – Recreational Vehicles (Groupe Contant)
Location: Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, Quebec | Type: Full-time

The position
You will assist our clients in purchasing recreational vehicles (ATVs, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, motorcycles, etc.), ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a smooth purchasing process.
Your responsibilities
- Build trust and understand clients' needs.
- Provide adequate information and advice on products and options.
- Guide the client throughout the purchase process and ensure delivery/explanation of sold vehicles.
- Follow up with prospects, monitor web inquiries, and respond to phone/email inquiries.
- Develop sales of new and used vehicles; ensure lease renewals when relevant.
- Offer quality after-sales service and contribute to customer retention.
Profile desired
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales advisor.
- Team spirit and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of BRP products (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Spyder) is an asset.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to take on business challenges.
Skills and know-how
- Sales techniques and purchase cycle management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management (phone, email, and in person).
- Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
