Compensation and Incentives

Your Mission

• Manage and convert sales opportunities (showroom traffic and internet leads).
• Greet customers, analyze their needs, and present the Mitsubishi lineup.
• Conduct dynamic test drives to showcase models and their technologies.
• Rigorously follow the sales process and keep the CRM updated.
• Collaborate with the F&I team to optimize each transaction.
• Master and present promotions, incentives, and programs from Mitsubishi Canada.
• Ensure the delivery and explanation of sold vehicles.
• Follow up with potential clients and web inquiries.
• Manage lease renewals and customer follow-up.
• Sell new and used vehicles.
• Actively participate in customer loyalty and after-sales service.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales (mandatory).
• Excellent mastery of technological tools and CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation skills, closing ability, and customer service attitude.
• Discipline, rigor in follow-ups, and team spirit.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work according to industry hours (days, evenings, and Saturdays).
• Valid driver's license.
