Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcome our guests energetically and support them throughout the buying experience.
- Identify the true needs of customers and propose suitable solutions.
- Passionately present our wide inventory of quality used vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs, etc.).
- Conduct memorable test drives and highlight the strengths of each model.
- Negotiate confidently and close sales mutually beneficially.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Work closely with the team to maximize results.
Profile Sought
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality, capable of making everyone comfortable.
- Ability to handle stress calmly and professionally.
- Positive attitude and results-oriented.
- Good computer skills and autonomous in using technology.
- Team spirit, organization, and proactivity.
- Advanced French skills in speaking and writing; English is an asset for serving a diverse clientele.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and/or automotive industry is an advantage.
- Availability evenings and Saturdays.
Experience and Requirements
- Desired experience: 1 year as a Sales Advisor.
