Your responsibilities

• Welcome our guests and guide them throughout their purchasing experience
• Identify their needs and propose suitable solutions
• Enthusiastically present our inventory of new vehicles and accessories
• Conduct memorable test drives and highlight the strengths of each model
• Negotiate confidently and close sales successfully
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Work closely with the team to maximize results

Profile sought

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in relating to others
• Ability to handle stress and remain professional at all times
• Positive attitude and contagious team spirit
• Comfortable with electronic and computer tools
• Autonomous, attentive, and organized
• Advanced French (spoken and written); English is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or automotive industry is an asset
• Availability in the evenings and on Saturdays

Experience and requirements

• Minimum experience: 3 years as a Sales Advisor
