Sales Advisor - New Vehicles at Léveillé Ford (Saint-Jérôme)
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-service oriented Sales Advisor to join Léveillé Ford, the leading Ford dealership in the Laurentians. A key role in our expansion, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and reputation of our dealership. Availability to work some Saturdays as needed.
Job Description
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions for Ford new vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate the features, technologies and options of Ford models; tailor the speech to the client’s priorities.
- Develop clear proposals, prepare documents and ensure rigorous follow-up through to signing.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in partnership with the team.
- Work closely with the financing, service and after-sales departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products and promotional offers.
- Actively participate in training and professional development to stay competitive and compliant with manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify prospects, establish a climate of trust and provide personalized vehicle demonstrations.
- Present solutions adapted to the client’s needs and budget, draft offers and pursue commercial follow-up.
- Manage the sales cycle: estimation, negotiation, financing, documentation and closing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through after-sales service and loyalty programs.
- Adhere to Ford policies and internal procedures; contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Participate in promotional activities and customer events.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or customer service; ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, listening and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented, team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- General knowledge of vehicles, with an interest in the Ford lineup and associated technologies.
- Availability to work some Saturdays; flexibility and adaptability.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
