Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the customer experience and be on the front lines to propose solutions that precisely meet our clients' needs, whether for new or used Ford vehicles. You will collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience, while contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, listen to, and qualify clients’ needs to suggest suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting the advantages, technologies, and current promotional offers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from A to Z: prospect qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio, ensure a high conversion rate, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the service, financing, and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford products, manufacturer programs, and promotions, and use CRM to track prospects and opportunities.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive industry is a major asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to quickly build trust.
  • Results-oriented mindset, professional negotiation skills, and ability to close sales.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office suite; valid driver’s license.
  • Strong customer service sense, professional appearance, and ability to work according to established processes.
