Your Responsibilities

• Greet each customer courteously and listen to their needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate new, used, and electric vehicles with expertise and enthusiasm.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from A to Z: qualification, presentation, negotiation, offer, and closing, ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
• Actively prospect and follow up (by phone and email) to develop the client portfolio and sales opportunities.
• Track inquiries via the Activix CRM and web leads; maintain regular follow-up until sale and beyond.
• Participate in the sale of commercial vehicles (vans/trucks) and carry out evaluations and trade-ins when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and contribute to collective success.
• Follow up post-sale to build customer loyalty and generate referral opportunities.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of current models, trends, and technologies.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and motivated to contribute to collective success.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Activix CRM (or equivalent experience) is an asset.
