Main responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to and understand customer needs to guide them toward suitable vehicles
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with passion and expertise
• Manage the sales process from start to finish to provide a smooth and enjoyable buying experience
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Assist customers in the purchase process of new, used, and utility vehicles
• Prospect and follow up with leads, including web inquiries and prospects

Desired profile:

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of market models and trends
• Team spirit and motivation to contribute to collective success
• Valid driver’s license

Skills and tools:

• Proficiency with CRM Activix (or equivalent) and customer relationship management tools
• Ability to present, demonstrate, and evaluate vehicles (new, used, electric)
