Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, qualify, and advise clients based on their needs
• Present and demonstrate recreational vehicles and accessories
• Close sales, finalize contracts, and ensure thorough follow-up
• Provide quality after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the CRM and plan daily tasks
• Develop and maintain a loyal customer base
• Keep the showroom professional and welcoming
• Participate in company events and activities
• Follow up with prospects and Web inquiries
• Sell new and used vehicles

Desired Profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (mandatory); experience in recreational vehicles or automotive sales preferred
• Strong results orientation and ability to close deals
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes
• Bilingual in French/English
• Professional, organized, energetic, team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of recreational vehicles is an asset; specialization in European brands (e.g., BMW, Ducati) possible depending on needs
