Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Present vehicles (new and used), trim levels, features, and advantages.
• Explain financing options, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Negotiate sales conditions and close transactions while meeting objectives.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and develop customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with service and workshop departments to offer a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to the brand image and aim for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver vehicles and explain their features to buyers.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage online inquiries.
• Participate in the sale of new and used vehicles.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a service-oriented approach.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work during dealership hours.
