Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles (Full-time)

KIA St-Constant, an automobile dealership located in Saint-Constant (QC), is looking for a passionate Sales Advisor for automobiles to join a dynamic team.

About the position

You will be on the front line offering solutions tailored to customers regarding new and used Kia vehicles. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from greeting to delivery and post-purchase follow-up, in collaboration with the service and parts teams. Goal: provide a high-quality customer experience and achieve the sales and satisfaction targets set by management.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend the most suitable Kia vehicles (new and used).
• Present, demonstrate, and compare vehicles and their options; prepare and accompany test drives.
• Advise on financing, leasing solutions, and Kia value-added programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: needs assessment, negotiation, documentation, and vehicle delivery.
• Conduct post-sale customer follow-up and develop loyal relationships to encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with after-sales and parts services for a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Profile and skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; team spirit and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• General knowledge of the automotive sector and a willingness to quickly learn Kia products.
• Bilingual French/English considered an asset.
• Availability during busy periods according to team needs.
