Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a central role with the following responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Present and conduct test drives of vehicles to showcase our extensive inventory.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-ups and outstanding after-sales service.

Other Tasks

• Deliver and explain sold vehicles.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Manage lease renewals.
• Conduct phone and email outreach.
• Follow up on web inquiries.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a similar role.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in software such as Merlin (Sales), Activix - CRM, and VAuto.
