Job Details

  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Schedule: Days and evenings until 8 p.m.
  • Full-time: average of 37.5 hours/week
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Your responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the purchase or lease of a vehicle
  • Demonstrate and deliver sold vehicles
  • Follow up and prospect potential clients
  • Manage web inquiries and handle incoming/outgoing calls
  • Sell utility vehicles (vans/trucks), used vehicles, new vehicles, and electric vehicles
  • Sales to commercial businesses
  • Lease renewals and post-sale follow-up

Profile sought

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience with the Ford brand is an asset)
  • Bilingualism mandatory (French and English, oral and written)
  • Driver’s license

Skills and qualities

  • Good knowledge of technology and ability to present advanced products
  • Dynamic and committed to an informed clientele
  • Proficiency with web tools and email
  • Ability to prospect by phone regularly
  • Professional appearance and effective communication
  • Efficient management of inbound and outbound calls
