Job Offer: Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles

Availability and hours: Monday to Saturday, one Saturday every two weeks
Salary: Starting from $70,000 depending on performance

Job Description

Are you passionate about auto sales and looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a sales advisor for new and used vehicles to guide our customers throughout their purchasing experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Advise and carry out sales of new and used vehicles, respecting margins, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Present the features, options, financing, and warranties of vehicles.
• Ensure delivery and detailed explanation of the vehicle to the customer.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage requests and follow-ups through phone, email, and web channels.
• Develop and retain the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year in sales (ideally in the automotive sector).
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and persuasive skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
