Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles

Join a dynamic and customer-oriented team. We are seeking a sales advisor for new and used vehicles.

Job Details

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, one Saturday every two weeks
• Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually, depending on performance

Main Responsibilities

• Counsel and sell new and used vehicles while meeting profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals
• Present technical features, options, and finishes of vehicles
• Deliver the vehicle and provide a complete explanation during handover to the customer
• Follow up with prospects and ensure post-sale follow-up
• Manage requests and follow-ups via phone, email, and online platforms
• Renew leases and build customer loyalty
• Sell and advise across the entire dealership network

Desired Profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Strong persuasive ability and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
