Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to propose the most suitable solutions
• Present new Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and answer technical questions
• Develop and present financing and warranty offers in collaboration with the finance team
• Use CRM and sales tools to follow up on opportunities, ensure customer follow-up, and close transactions
• Coordinate with the Service and Parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales goals and actively contribute to the dealership’s revenue
• Perform after-sales follow-up, build customer loyalty, and develop a customer portfolio
• Follow internal procedures, brand image standards, and compliance requirements

Operational Tasks

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
• Follow-up with potential customers
• Lease renewals
• Telephone and email outreach
• Customer and web inquiry follow-up
• Sale of used and new vehicles

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Good listening skills, advisory sense, and service-oriented approach
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset
• Comfort with computer tools (CRM, sales software, office suite)
• Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours, including weekends
• Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and motivation to achieve goals
