Your Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify customers' needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Present all Subaru models and highlight safety technologies, energy efficiency, and vehicle versatility.
• Schedule and conduct demonstrations and test drives, respecting safety and transparency regulations.
• Develop sales proposals, explain financing options, and collaborate with the Financing and After-Sales departments to close transactions.
• Negotiate sales conditions according to internal policies and follow up post-sale to foster customer loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a positive and pressure-free customer experience.
• Work in collaboration with the Service and Parts departments to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the showroom and update vehicle stocks and displays.
• Ensure vehicle delivery and explanation, and follow up with clients.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive sales or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; fluent in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Team spirit, service orientation, proactivity, and organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends).
• Valid driver’s license; good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Passion for Subaru vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience.
