About the Employer
Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor for its modern and dynamic dealership representing Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands. You will work within a customer-oriented team with goals and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet and qualify customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, perform demonstrations, and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate offers, close sales, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Guide customers towards financing options and warranties; coordinate the process with the finance team.
• Follow up after the purchase and develop loyalty relationships.
• Collaborate with the finance, parts, and service teams for a seamless experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep the showroom clean and attractive and ensure vehicle displays.
• Respect company policies and customer service standards.
• Associated tasks: vehicle delivery and explanation, follow-up with potential clients, lease renewals, phone and email solicitations, Web inquiry follow-up, sale of new and used vehicles.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer orientation, service mindset, and team spirit.
• Ability to clearly explain financing options and warranties.
• Proficiency with IT tools and CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours related to the automotive sector.
