Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and identify their needs to propose the most suitable solutions.
• Present Kia vehicles, perform demonstrations, and conduct test drives.
• Explain financing options, loyalty programs, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Prepare and present competitive quotes, negotiate, and close sales according to internal procedures.
• Follow up with customers after the sale and promote loyalty.
• Maintain the customer database (CRM) and coordinate activities with the service and marketing teams.
• Achieve sales objectives and contribute to brand image and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver and explain sold vehicles, follow up with potential clients, and manage online inquiries.
• Actively participate in the sale of new and used vehicles.

Desired Profile

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills; ability to identify and understand customer needs.
• Team spirit and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage sales targets.
• Proficiency with computer tools (CRM, MS Office) and quick learner of internal systems.
• Fluent in French; functional English is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
