Subaru Option — Sales Advisor (New and Used Vehicles)

Your Mission
As a sales advisor, you inquire, listen, and advise the customer to meet their needs precisely. You create a personalized shopping experience while ensuring quality customer service.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Greet each customer courteously and professionally
- Listen to customers' needs and guide them to the right product
- Assist the customer until the sale is completed
- Present the dealership and all available services
- Prepare and inform the customer ahead of meeting with the finance manager
- Ensure the efficient preparation of sold vehicles
- Follow up with each customer (buyer or not)
- Keep customer files up to date at all times
Your Profile

Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma (DES) or combination of studies and relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
