Sales Advisor – Kia Val-Bélair

We are recruiting a motivated and customer-oriented sales advisor to join the Kia Val-Bélair team.

Job Description

You will be the preferred point of contact for customers, responsible for guiding them throughout the purchase process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will actively contribute to customer loyalty and sales growth by collaborating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and greet customers
  • Identify needs and suggest the most suitable vehicle
  • Present the vehicle in detail and conduct a test drive
  • Estimate costs and propose financing options
  • Offer complementary or additional products
  • Facilitate negotiations between the sales manager and customers
  • Close the sale
  • Transfer the file to the sales manager for legal and financial matters
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to your compensation
  • Participate in promotional activities and customer retention efforts
  • Assist in inventory management of used vehicles
  • Advise clients on product purchases
  • Ensure after-sales service
  • Keep up to date with new products and inventory (all brands)

Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Fluency in French; English is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and one Saturday every two weeks
  • Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and effective time management
