The position
Automobile Sales Advisor and driver of the customer experience. You will be at the heart of our mission: providing an exceptional and lasting customer experience.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on Honda models, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions tailored to their expectations and budget.
- Participate in the sale of new and used vehicles; aim to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and maximize resale opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to organize demonstration drives and promotional events.
- Stay informed about automotive market trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure the handover and explanation of sold vehicles.
- Follow up with potential clients and provide post-sale support.
- Manage online inquiries and proactively handle customer requests.
- Develop sales of used and new vehicles.
Desired profile
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
