Job Description

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Present Mitsubishi vehicles and their options; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Advise on financing options and protection plans (warranties and insurance) and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including documentation and after-sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to maximize the customer experience.
• Maintain a professional showroom presentation and actively participate in campaigns and events.

Profile Sought

• 1 year of experience required in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a strong sense of service.
• Ability to work in a team and meet objectives while providing a quality customer experience.
• fluency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Professionalism, dynamism, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and adapt to a customer-focused environment.
