Your key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create a "wow" effect from the very first moments
  • Understand their needs and offer THE right vehicle
  • Make test drives a key part of the customer experience
  • Guide the customer from start to finish (purchase or lease)
  • Develop your clientele and build your income long-term
  • Work within a close-knit team focused on performance

Profile sought

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Outgoing personality, confidence, and ambition

  • Valid driver’s license

Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
  • Follow-up with potential clients and lead management
  • Lease renewal
  • Telephone and email outreach
  • Customer follow-up and web inquiries
  • Sale of used and new vehicles

Profile and tools

  • Experience: 2 years in automotive sales recommended
  • Driver’s license
  • Tools and software: SERTI (Administration), Activix (CRM), SDS
  • Personal qualities: Dynamic, team-oriented, outgoing
