Sales Advisor – New Vehicles
Montreal, QC • Full-time
Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealership in Montreal, is seeking a Sales Advisor to strengthen its New Vehicle department. Join a dynamic team and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs to offer suitable solutions for new and/or used vehicles.
- Present vehicles, their technical features, options, and advantages; explain financing options and after-sales services.
- Qualify prospects and develop relevant sales proposals.
- Follow up on visits, convert visits into sales, and meet objectives while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
- Manage sales documents, financing procedures, deliveries, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with service, parts, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Keep the CRM updated and report leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; automotive experience is an asset, retail or customer service experience is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and team spirit.
- Dynamic, professional appearance, and a desire to achieve goals within quality standards.
- Good knowledge of the sales process and CRM; knowledge of Toyota products and financing solutions is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours according to dealership needs.
