Main responsibilities

• Welcome customers and establish a relationship of trust
• Listen to customers’ needs and ask the right questions
• Explain the features of the different models and assist the customer in their choice
• Prospecting and follow-up with customers
• Conduct test drives with customers
• Stay informed about new products and the benefits of equipment and options
• Guide the customer through the entire process until delivery
• Follow the company’s internal procedures
• Perform any other related duties

Profile sought and required skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in automotive sales
• Ability to communicate in French and English (bilingual customer base)
• Customer service mindset, people skills and passion for sales
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Organization and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work as a team to achieve common goals

Experience

• 1 year as a Sales Advisor
