Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend the most suitable certified pre-owned vehicles.
• Present, demonstrate and, if necessary, coordinate test drives; highlight the features and performance of the vehicles.
• Explain financing options and current promotions; guide the customer throughout the purchase process.
• Negotiate sales terms professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and team targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of stock and Hyundai products to advise and respond quickly.
• Manage CRM and follow up with prospects and customers to promote loyalty and repeat sales.
• Collaborate with service and financing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the investment.
• Deliver and explain the sold vehicle; follow up with customers and after-sales support; handle web inquiries and telephone/email contacts.

• Passion for sales and the automotive sector; excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Dynamic, autonomous and resilient; able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset; knowledge of the local market and Hyundai products appreciated.
• Valid driver's license.
