Job Description

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist online prospects; identify their needs and advise on new Toyota vehicles and certified pre-owned vehicles.
• Present features, options, financing plans and warranties; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio; achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and sales success.
• Manage leads and follow-ups in the CRM; ensure after-sales follow-up and foster loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about promotions, products and industry best practices.
• Maintain the showroom and displays clean and welcoming; represent the company’s image with professionalism.

Profile sought

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; ideally in automotive or customer service.
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills; results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment; team player.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for dealership hours and peak periods; flexibility.
• Proficient with computer tools and a CRM; ability to quickly learn products and promotions.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
