Fortier Ford — New Vehicle Sales Advisor

Fortier Ford, located in Montreal-Est, is a new dealership part of the GENX Automobiles group. We are recruiting a dynamic and customer service-oriented New Vehicle Sales Advisor to join a high-performing and growing team.

The Position

  • Role: New and used vehicle sales advisor with a strong customer service focus.
  • Location: Montreal-Est.
  • Type: Permanent, full-time.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; automotive experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and effective communication.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, ability to manage multiple files and leads simultaneously.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM; ability to quickly learn financing systems and product sheets.
  • Professional appearance and ability to quickly adapt to current offers and promotions.
  • Valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in the showroom and online, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions (new and used vehicles, financing options, trade-ins).
  • Present vehicle features and advantages, including electric models, and answer questions clearly and transparently.
  • Manage the entire sales process: qualifying the customer, negotiation, document preparation, coordination with financing and after-sales teams, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a customer and prospect portfolio via CRM, follow up on leads, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional and professional customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with financing and after-sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep the showroom and workspaces clean and attractive, and adhere to safety and presentation standards.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and stay informed about current promotions, new products, and offers.
  • Promote and highlight electric vehicles and sustainable solutions offered by the group.
