Profile sought

• Bilingual French / English, excellent spoken and written communication
• Experience in automobile sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Natural salesperson with active listening skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Results-oriented, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
• Curious and eager to learn about sector technologies and trends
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with sales management tools; experience with PBS Systems or equivalent

Main responsibilities

• Present and deliver vehicles, explain features, options, and warranties
• Turn test drives into memorable customer experiences
• Assist clients in choosing the model, options, and financing
• Follow up with prospects and manage Web inquiries
• Manage lease renewals and sales of new and used vehicles
• Track and retain customers after the sale
