Your role
Under the supervision of the sales manager / assistant sales manager, the New Volvo Specialist plays a key role in promoting and selling new Volvo vehicles. You will guide clients throughout the purchasing process, answer their questions, and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Main responsibilities
- Greet clients and understand their needs to recommend suitable Volvo solutions
- Present technical features, options, and promotions
- Rigorously follow up with prospects and clients via CRM
- Achieve and surpass sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Volvo models and current incentives
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience

Experience and requirements
- Automotive sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
