We are seeking a New Vehicle Sales Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience to participate in an exceptional customer experience and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and listen to customer needs to offer tailored solutions involving new Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley vehicles.
• Present the features, technologies, and options of models, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives according to customer wishes.
• Develop and manage a prospects and clients portfolio, ensure proactive follow-up, and aim to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Guide clients throughout the sales process (financing, insurance, and warranties) and ensure smooth and professional delivery.
• Collaborate with Service, Financing, and After-sales teams to guarantee a comprehensive and consistent customer experience.
• Maintain the customer database and CRM systems up to date, and ensure compliance with internal standards and company policies.
• Adhere to ethical standards and represent the brand's values with professionalism.

Desired Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in French and English; mastery of both languages is an asset to serve both local and international clientele.
• Strong customer orientation, presentation skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive financing processes and warranty options is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license; availability to schedule appointments and work flexible hours if necessary.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; knowledge of sales management systems is a plus.
• Interest in the brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley, and their clientele.
