Job Description

• Welcome customers at the dealership and identify their needs (new or used vehicles).
• Advise on models, options, promotions, and financing or leasing programs.
• Conduct and assist with test drives.
• Present prices, negotiate sales conditions, and close transactions.
• Prepare and finalize sales documents.
• Provide follow-up before, during, and after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with clients (loyalty).
• Achieve or exceed the monthly goals set by management.
• Update customer records in the CRM and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Collaborate with the finance, service, and delivery departments.
• Stay informed about new models, technologies, and manufacturer programs.
• Comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in automobile sales.
• Spirit of teamwork and customer service orientation.

• Valid driver's license.
