Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify clients' needs to propose the best solutions for certified used Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, or Bentley vehicles.
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives, highlighting features, options, and warranties, and advise on financing and protection solutions.
• Verify the vehicle history and certification, prepare technical sheets and attractive proposals, ensuring transparency throughout the buying process.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish: negotiation, offers, documentation, and coordination with financing and service teams.
• Follow up after the sale, build client loyalty, develop a relationship-based portfolio, and generate referral opportunities.
• Keep the CRM updated, monitor the used vehicle market, and participate in growing the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in vehicle sales, ideally in used and/or luxury vehicles.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and closing skills; results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and office suites; ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset; capable of conducting demonstrations and test drives in a service-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and availability for occasional demonstrations and after-sales services.
