About
Genesis Saint-Laurent, located in Saint-Laurent near Montreal, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. You will be at the heart of the purchasing experience, and your role is essential in providing personalized service without compromising on quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions regarding certified used vehicles.
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives, highlight benefits, as well as financing and warranty options.
- Offer financing solutions in collaboration with the finance team; prepare and negotiate offers; close sales in accordance with internal policies.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish: document transactions and ensure post-sale follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM and internal tools to follow up on leads, update information, and meet sales targets.
- Work closely with after-sales teams to provide a complete and seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and French to interact with bilingual customers when necessary.
Profile
- Bilingual French-English: required or preferred; the candidate must speak French and English to communicate with anglophone clients occasionally.
- 1 year of sales experience; positive attitude, service-oriented, active listening skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Good presentation and professionalism; ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic automotive sales environment.
- Basic understanding of financing and credit processes is an asset; proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools is preferred; experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required.
