Job Description

• Greet and assist customers, identify their needs and propose suitable used vehicles.
• Present features, options, financing plans and warranties; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Collaborate with the Financing and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful sales.
• Manage leads and follow-up in the CRM; ensure after-sales follow-up and build loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and explain the vehicles sold (features, maintenance, warranties).
• Reach out to potential customers and ensure proactive follow-up.
• Participate in renewal and loyalty of the customer base.
• Contact prospects by phone and email; follow up on Web inquiries.
• Actively participate in the sale of used vehicles (and potentially new vehicles depending on operational needs).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in automotive or customer service.
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and results-oriented skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment; team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work according to the dealership's hours and during peak periods; flexibility.
• Proficiency with computer tools and a CRM; ability to quickly learn products and promotions.
• Fluent French; English is an asset.
