Sales Advisor – Hyundai Gabriel (Pierrefonds, QC)

Key Responsibilities

• Build a trust-based relationship with clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles (new and used).
• Present products, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives.
• Assist clients with financing options and protection plans, in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Negotiate terms, prepare accurate quotes, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage CRM: follow up on prospects, relaunch, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and the Business Development Center to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Stay informed about Hyundai products, incentives, and competitors; participate in ongoing training.
• Ensure the presentation of the showroom, lot, and demonstration vehicles comply with company policies.

Profile and Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or equivalent customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly establish trust.
• Bilingual in French and English; additional languages an asset.
• Strong computer skills (CRM, MS Office) and comfort with sales software and digital tools.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of financing, insurance products, and after-sales protection plans is a plus.
