Automotive Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicle Sales
Job Description We are hiring an Automotive Sales Advisor to develop sales of new and used vehicles and ensure quality customer service for individuals and professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the customer portfolio and conduct active prospecting (follow-up with prospects, calls, and emails)
- Sell new and used vehicles and assist buyers throughout the purchasing process
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the vehicles sold, including their features and options
- Ensure vehicle delivery and explain uses, warranties, and associated services
- Follow up and build customer loyalty: manage web inquiries, post-sale follow-up, and handle requests
- Manage lease renewals and related sales opportunities
- Target and execute sales to businesses (B2B) and professional clients
Profile Sought
- Minimum experience: 3 years as a Sales Advisor; ideally in the automotive sector
- Valid driving license
Skills and Qualities
- Organized, autonomous, and responsible
- Ability to increase sales and manage a client portfolio
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities (phone and email)
- Mastery of the various stages of the sales cycle and customer follow-up
