Sales Advisor – Used Vehicles
Fortier Ford, part of GENX Group Automobiles, is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to join a dynamic and professional team.

Your Responsibilities
- Complete delivery and explanation of sold vehicles.
- Follow-up and prospecting with potential and current customers.
- Lease renewals and opportunities for upselling.
- Making phone calls and emailing to stimulate sales.
- Monitoring customer requests and inquiries via the web.
- Selling and guiding customers through the used vehicle transaction until closing.
Profile Sought
- Experience: open to candidates with or without experience; automotive sales experience (3 years) is a plus.
- Driver's License: valid driver’s license.
- Personal qualities: organized, efficient, personable; strong customer service skills; proactive and able to prioritize.
- Language skills: fluency in French verbally and in writing; ability to communicate in English as needed.
- Education: DEC in marketing and/or administration (an asset); training in sales consulting and/or automotive (an asset).
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Good general knowledge of vehicles and available inventory.
- Proficiency with new technologies.
- Ability to provide thorough and transparent follow-up for a smooth transaction.
- Team spirit and customer orientation.
Training and Development
