Ville-Marie Kia, a Kia dealership in Montreal, is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. Location: 3010 Hochelaga, Montreal. Join an environment focused on innovation, performance, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, identify their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Present new and used Kia vehicles, highlight their advantages, and answer technical questions.
• Perform demonstrations and coordinate test drives; explain options, warranties, and associated services.
• Prepare and present financing and credit proposals; ensure rigorous handling of sale documents.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while respecting internal policies and dealership standards.
• Follow up post-sale, build customer loyalty, and expand the client portfolio through proactive interactions.
• Work closely with Service, Financing, and Marketing teams to optimize the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional sales area in compliance with safety procedures.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; preference given to automotive industry experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; active listening and advisory ability.
• Team spirit, organized, able to manage multiple clients/prospects simultaneously.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset. CRM and office tools skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability during the week and ability to adapt to busy periods; customer satisfaction-oriented.
