Position: Used Vehicle Sales Advisor

Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership serving the Montreal area, is seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Sales Advisor capable of turning interest into tangible results. You will guide customers throughout their purchasing journey, providing an exceptional customer experience and tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will welcome visitors, present our certified pre-owned vehicles, and collaborate with the finance department to offer attractive financing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify customers in the showroom and online, understand their needs and budget.
• Present certified pre-owned vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate in collaboration with the Finance Department and sales team.
• Manage the entire sales process, including documentation and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and financing solutions.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build customer loyalty through personalized advice.
• Participate in achieving the team’s overall results in alignment with internal procedures.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and presentation skills.
• Team spirit, listening skills, and results-driven.
• Autonomy, dynamism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability according to store hours and team needs.

Daily Tasks

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles.
• Follow-up with potential customers.
• Customer and web inquiry follow-up.
• Sale of used vehicles (and occasionally new vehicles depending on stock).

Experience and Qualities

• Experience: at least 1 year as a Sales Advisor.
• Qualities: dynamic, efficient, team-oriented.
