• Ensure smooth communication between technicians and customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate interventions and follow up on files.
• Guarantee a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new automotive technologies and market trends.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients through excellent service.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an automotive technical advisor.
• Strong knowledge of the Honda brand and its specifics.
• Proficiency with SERTI and E-Biz management software (a significant advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit, dynamism, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
