Profile Sought The ideal candidate to join our sales team is:

• Dynamic and motivated
• Responsible and autonomous
• Well-organized with a team spirit
• Motorcycle riding experience (an asset)
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication
• Bilingual in French/English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of MS Windows and Microsoft Office
• Sales experience (at least 1 year)

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and promote a positive team culture
• Sell Honda motorcycles, scooters, and mechanical equipment (generators, lawnmowers, snow blowers, etc.)
• Complete transactions using internal systems (SERTI)
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients via the ACTIVIX application
• Prepare and ensure the delivery of sales

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 year of sales experience
• Proficiency with computer tools and CRM software
  • SERTI – Administration
  • ACTIVIX – CRM
• Ability to handle and ride a motorcycle (an asset)

Salary and Hours

• Base salary plus commission. Potential earnings up to $45,000 and more depending on performance.
• Variable schedules, availability on Saturdays (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
