Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the ambassador of our team and the primary contact for customers interested in our used vehicle inventory. You will understand each customer's needs, present relevant products and services, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and follow up throughout the purchasing process. You will collaborate with the Finance and Service teams to provide a smooth, personalized experience while achieving or exceeding your sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify customers to establish trust and identify their needs.
- Present and demonstrate inventory used vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and financing options.
- Offer tailored solutions (financing, warranties, accessories) and prepare sales documents in accordance with policies.
- Proactively follow up with prospects, re-contact customers, and ensure quality after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to maximize satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain a pristine showroom and inventory presentation, with up-to-date information and pricing.
- Respect operational procedures, compliance standards, and individual and team goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive or a related sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, team spirit, and ability to quickly establish relationships.
- Active listening, energy, dynamism, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Knowledge of Toyota products and financing solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer skills and experience with CRM systems (Activix, SDS, or equivalents) are appreciated.
