Sales Advisor – Saint-Jérôme Mitsubishi (Groupe Losier)

The Role
- Assist each customer throughout the purchasing process, from the first contact to vehicle delivery.
- Play a key role in the customer experience and in achieving team objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and quickly establish a trusting atmosphere
- Identify needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- Present vehicles, their features, and available options
- Organize and oversee test drives
- Present financing options and current promotions
- Negotiate and finalize transactions
- Ensure thorough follow-up before and after the sale
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Offer a professional and personalized customer experience
Profile Sought
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections
- Results-oriented with a competitive spirit
- Autonomy, discipline, and sense of responsibility
- Professionalism and impeccable customer service
